The handoff

Vimergy came to us in the middle of a major rebrand with a big challenge: their digital estate didn’t match the ambition of their transformation.

The category was noisy, clinical, and confusing. Audiences, whether trying to restore, maintain, or optimise their health, felt lost in the clutter.

Vimergy needed a digital refresh that could carry the brand forward, turning a complex wellness journey into something human, clear, and connected.

The race

We created a Digital Blueprint to support Vimergy’s transforming its presence across every digital touchpoint. Starting with their website and the Amazon Shop.

  • Created a framework mapping three core consumer journeys to ensure digital strategy stays audience-first.
  • Developed the creative device of The Drop to unify brand storytelling and product experience across channels.
  • Delivered a messaging playbook aligned to each stage of the customer journey.
  • Redesigned the digital ecosystem from fragmented silos into a connected, orchestrated customer experience.
  • Provided tactical recommendations: quick UX fixes, rebranded newsletters, supercharged Amazon storefront, and a roadmap for YouTube growth.
